Around the time I started this art work, the musical Fela opened on Broadway. I saw a slide show of the costumes in the New York Times and it spurred me to crank up the color, not hold anything back. Acrylic paints are applied onto wood, paper, copper lame, and canvas, in a rhythm inspired by afro-beat. Carole Sesko 2010

Five aerial views from the sky above Truckee Tahoe Airport, cameoed in a linear progression, like looking through port-hole windows.
